Dear RCE community,
at Universsity of Zurich we will start a one year professional training programme on ESD for university educators. We are currently producing handouts for theoretical input as well as organise online panel discussions that will be recorded and online accessible.
The Regional Center of Expertise (RCE) Minna holds its 2015 RCE Youth Network rounda table discussion. The forum brings together youth of like minds to review activities of youth in the region. It is also an avenue for Capacity Training for the youth during the discussion.

The Secretariat of the 10 Year Framework of Programmes on Sustainable Consumption and Production (10YFP) is pleased to inform you that the Third Call for Proposals of the 10YFP Trust Fund has been launched.
Now in its third year, Wege Prize is a yearly transdisciplinary design competition that gives teams of five undergraduate students the chance to work collaboratively, using design thinking principles, and contend for $30,000 in total cash prizes, all while helping to show the world what the future of problem solving looks like.
Okayama City is pleased to announce the launch of the ‘ESD Okayama Award’ in cooperation with the ESD Okayama Award Steering Board composed of organizations which have been promoting ESD in Japan and around the world.
Applications are welcome for two full-time, funded PhDs commencing in September 2015 in the School of Law and Social Sciences at London South Bank University. The scholarships cover fees and offer a stipend of £15,000 p.a. for three years.
We welcome proposals in all areas of research relevant to the School, including areas that address the School research focus of “Social Justice and Global Responsibility”. We are particularly interested in applications which relate to one or more of the following:
ProSPER.Net is excited to announce that it is currently developing a co-sponsored internship programme with the Global Compact Cities Programme and RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. This pilot collaboration will be based on two urban research focused internships for postgraduate students from ProSPER.Net universities in the Asia Pacific region. Interns will be based in a selected city government and assist that city with completing a Global Compact City Scan assessment.
