RCE Lucknow Observed Green Month in March

RCE Lucknow commemorated March as a ‘green month’, with a focus on the theme of 'Celebrating Nature'. During the month, the Centre for Environment Education, Northern Regional Cell (CEE North) and Institute of Wildlife Sciences, University of Lucknow conducted a series of events from 3-21 March in association with partner institutions to observe different environmental days.

Hawkesbury Resilience Project: Learn, Prevent, Prepare: Community Action for a Resilient Hawkesbury

A key project of RCE Greater Western Sydney, the Hawkesbury Resilience Project engaged and empowered residents to act on climate change. Residents of the Hawkesbury are not only experiencing and responding to acute incidents such as fires, floods, and heatwaves, but are experiencing the many social and ecological flow-on effects.

RCE Youth in Japan Discuss Actions for Enhanced Collaboration

The 4th Japan RCE Youth Meeting was held online on 15 February, 2022, organised in conjunction with the Working Level Meeting of Japanese RCEs, and co-organised by the newly established Japan RCE Youth Executive Committee, RCE Omuta and UNU-IAS. Youth activities on ESD were discussed to enhance collaboration and networking amongst RCEs in Japan, under the topic 'My action, Our actions'. The event was divided into two sessions: (1) presentation of youth activities and (2) group discussion.
