Hi Abel I hope that the conference is going well. It just has not been possible for me to attend this one. I think that Prof Hattie's work might stumulate a bit of debate! Some use his work to show that high quality reflective interactive teaching programes ( ESD of course!) shows great evidence for raising attainment amongst underachieving groups. So we should concentrate on high quality learning (ESD)programmes rather than school managment structures which largely do not have an impact - Discuss!!
