Objectives: 
The objective of environmental education is not only to impart knowledge, but also to guide people to renew ideas, rediscover themselves, enhance their confidence, explore their capabilities in order to bring lifelong sustainable development of potential.
Activities and/or practices employed: 
1)Guide children in Yunnan to visit the Pingdong County Educational Museum of Nature and History
2)Nature experience: Manufacture of sea salt tofu
3)Adventure by hiking on the Pacific coast “Mystic Territory”
4)Night visit to hermit crabs
5)Looking for deers in Sheding Natural Park
6)Qingyang Farm: Organic agricultural methods
7)Collection of marione fossils
8)Overnight at marine museum
9)Experience of moving grassland in the Dongyuan Wetland
10)SUP experience
11)Observation of intertidal zone
12)Have a picinic without materials

Results: 
1) Children can develop their spirit of adventure and study safety rules of outdoor activity and cooperative ability through river tracing.
2)Tribal traditional ecological wisdom is converted into experienetial course of environmental education.
Inheritance of traditional culture,Tribal industry development,Young people go back home to improve social structure, Environmental education promotion,Several objectives achieved simultaneously
3) Intertidal zone is the first place for our proximity to the sea and the best classroom of nature education as well. But it can also be most easily damaged by human. Creature living in intertidal zone are suffering huge survival pressure for the wasteland, rubbish dumping, sewage and wasterwater pollution.
4)Children's five senses were activated by these experiences
5)Professional commentators arranged to guide in depth to make children acquire more marine ecological knowledge.
6)They learnt how to clean fossils, make specimen bottles and looked up shellfish fossils records for specimen identification.
They would develop a habit of being scrupulous in scientific study and learn to find anwsers by reading books.
7)Guided children and introduced healthy and kind farming practices, the relationship between butterflies and host plants vividly and further extended to the nature of life to come to the thoughts of learning to respect and protect life.
Lessons learned: 
Environmental education is a complicated, significant and creative undertaking.
The objective of environmental education is not only to impart knowledge, but also to guide people to renew ideas, rediscover themselves, enhance their confidence, explore their capabilities in order to bring lifelong sustainable development of potential.
