MESSAGE FROM THE GLOBAL RCE SERVICE CENTRE:

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

Greetings from the Global RCE Service Centre! Following the launch of the RCE publication last month on sustainable consumption and production, this month we are excited to share a new video has been released highlighting the network's work on this important topic.

There is still time to register for the meetings previously announced, while registrations have now opened for the Europe Regional Meeting 2023 and 12th Americas Regional Meeting - don't miss out on these opportunities to connect with the network in your region!

Finally, there is just over one month left to apply for this year's RCE Awards - we look forward to receiving your nominations for outstanding ESD projects your RCE has conducted over the past year.

If you would like to share any news, upcoming events, open calls, or publications for an upcoming bulletin, please complete this form and email your submission to the Global RCE Service Centre at rceservicecentre@unu.edu (submissions close on the 15th of each month).

Sincerely,

The Global RCE Service Centre

New Video Features RCE Sustainable Consumption and Production Education Projects

A video featuring RCE Sustainable Consumption and Production education projects conducted during the Global Action Programme (GAP) on ESD, from 2015-2019, highlights some of the innovative projects conducted by the Global RCE Network focused on sustainable consumption and production. During this period, a total of 115 RCE projects focused on SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) across 31 countries.

This video features a number of those projects conducted, which inspired learners to adopt more sustainable practices and a more efficient utilisation of resources. Hear from RCEs as they explain the issues in their community which have inhibited sustainable consumption and production, and the actions their RCE took.

Watch the video here.
