5. Project description
Provide a short description of the project including strategies, regional challenges, aims and specific project activities.: 

Tongyeong is famous for master craft man in Ottchil & Nubi. Those have developed to local traditional art craft through '12 art houses' which was the main munitions factory in Chosun dynasty. But most youths are indifferent to this traditional-craft.

P’Cademy (People+Academy) is a traditional-craft program for young people. This program is for youth to learn local traditional art craft and develop their creative ideas to make their own modern interpretation of the local heritage.
