The RCE has introduced a number of projects that are locally relevant and are using local solution and techniques and methodology to solve the problems. It has provided an umbrella and a platform to share, collaborate and partner with others on common interests and concerns

Numerous local problems that are intertwined, population and the environment size affected, lack of fund and frequent transfer of stakeholders.
