Introduction:

Relative poverty refers to a situation of poverty that occurs due to the state of development that does not reach the entire community. This has caused the problem of poverty clustered in an area that enjoys rapid development of physical and economic. This is a problem faced by the community in Taman Medan Cahaya as a result of the removal process squatters without any socio-economic development plan neat and integrated.

Objectives:   

1. To take advantage of the entrepreneurial skills of students with entrepreneurial guidance of instructors to conduct project demand-driven innovation and social entrepreneurship to improve the economic status of the request for the B40

2. To help the community to identify the potential market and sources that already exist can be improvise to urban farming which benefit the socio economy.

3. To help community to own a project of urban farming.

Knowledge transferred:

This project has four phases which are: 1) Basic Entrepreneurship of Urban Agriculture Workshop 2) Knowledge Transfer Application 3) Impact evaluation 4) Final Report Writing

Impact of project:

1. Reduction of expenses of agricultural goods by 20 % of households in the first year of the project with an expected average saving is RM 100 per month for a household of 5-6 people.

2. The increase in revenue from its own agricultural output by 30 % in the first year of implementation of projects with expected average additional income of RM 300 per month for households
