The "Toolbox" concept came out of the Regional meeting of the RCE Americas Region in 2015.  Grand Valley State University Office of Sustainable Practices Director Norman Christopher developed this useful tool to help RCEs and others create sustability organizations.

Description: 
The "Toolbox" continues to be useful as intended. Since its development the RCE Grand Rapids has helped start Community Sustainability Partnerships in Ludington and Marquette, Michigan and has given workshops on this subject in Traverse City and Petoskey, Michigan. We now have eight West Michigan (including Western Upper Peninsula) CSPs working collaboratively through a central organization, also hosted at Grand Valley State University.
