Those attending COP 25 are invited to join this event from UNECE, which will advocate for deeper and more systemic changes towards ESD in the formal and higher education sector.

Specifically, it is calling for the new ACE programme to focus on advancing collaborative frameworks and on reorienting education towards sustainability.

This high-level event will be opened by the UNECE Secretary General, Ms Olga Algayerova and includes speakers such as Dr Alexander Leicht, Chief of ESD, UNESCO Paris as well as key names from UNFCCC and the Commonwealth. It is being held in the green area and requires pre-registration if you do not have UN accreditation.
