a) Criteria/ indicators used to assess aspects of RCE work/ project: Character count 300 words:
RCE middle Albania is in its early stage so it is difficult to achieve a proper evaluation of specific projects, because most of them are in conception and initial phase, although an evaluation of the RCE structure as a new form of governance, and its potential impact in regional development, is in process through study papers and research as part of the "Executive Master Program in Public Management" at Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.

Increase the number of partners, its recognition in the country and neighbor countries, popularity among students community

Fund raising remain on of the main challenges for the program implementation
