13. Research & Development (R&D):
As a most densely populated regional RCE, R & D is the major component to solve huge crises finding new ways and searching the values of traditional knowledge. Many crises arise due to secondary activities like rural-urban migration with illiterate low-income people who do not aware of the fast urban lifestyle and used to create problems in transportation, slums, polluting and misusing water resource; refuse disposal and of course social crimes. Again unplanned construction, industrial wastes are polluting air, water and soil by the entrepreneurs; destruction of wet bodies by land filling and encroachment where political and other influential organizations are involved. These need extensive studies to overcome the problems.
