10. Project results :
Previous trainings on Environment Education have lead to training of 88 master trainers who have further trained about 5000 teachers. These teachers have reached out to about 0.25 million students. However, the activity book on ESD is yet to be introduced in schools though about 100 masters trainers and teachers have been trained.
11. Contribution to reforms and innovations:
Initiatives are to relate to locale specific daily routine actions to reduce carbon emissions .5000 schools in Punjab have been approached for attitudinal change through ESD activities in various programmes funded by PSCST.
12. Unexpected / unplanned results:
Locale partners have appreciated and have demanded for Activity Module in regional language -Punjabi. 5000 schools in Punjab have been approached for attitudinal change through ESD activities in various programmes funded by PSCST.

Workshop on ESD, Brainstorming session , training on ESD and development of resource and outreach materials for students and teachers.
18. Learning activities:
The activities & books provide information on ESD , its linkages to classroom syllabus and oppurtunity towards participatory understanding through simple daily routine activities. The focus issues are water, energy, transport, food and waste. However, along with these, teachers are motivated to discuss all related issues pertaining to their immediate ennvironment. Mass participation is promoted in environment and sustainable development activities.
