Our end-of-summer party and networking event, hosted on August 30, celebrated sustainability, kicked off the new school year, and highlighted community partners, and events.

Rescheduled from our end-of-year party due to an ice storm in December, it was hosted at the Port of Portland headquarters, at the airport.  It included a tour of their LEED platinum building, as well as refreshments, tabling, presentations, and recognition of GPSEN leaders and volunteers.

Description: 
This event was a big success! Our turn-out was affected by regional wildfires and traffic, but we enjoyed the time to share our story and tour the Port of Portland.
