Alliance of Border Collaboratives (ABC) brings together the resources and the expertise of multiple actors in the academic sector and in civil society.

Through a myriad of cross-border programs, ABC works toward 'health literacy' which includes attention to the chronically ill and their families, healthy lifestyles, human wellbeing and healthy communities through working to instiill a culture of legality in high crime areas on both sides of the international border.
