a) Criteria/ indicators used to assess aspects of RCE work/ project: Character count 300 words:
The main criteria of the projects is sustainable development, research, awareness and to integrate science and policymakers towards sustainable region. Biodiversity, disaster management, poverty alleviation, waste management and to mitigate the food and energy crisis by sustainable practice and to develop a policy. The projects are ventilating new hopes for a sustainable society.
b) Successes of the RCE and lessons learned: Character count 300 words:
RCE Greater Dhaka has been successfully implementing the sustainable practices of ESD learning. It is expanding its arena in and outside the region including European Union. The major findings are the natural and artificial defense mechanism against the climate extremes has been established and many crises like energy, water, pollution and waste management are being streamlined towards a policy document. RCE has provided a great opportunity to link the national, regional and international expertise for a sustainable future world.
c) Challenges experiences: Character count 300 words:
1. Finding for in-depth research is a great obstacle
2. Many of the previous works are found incorrect and can not rely upon such publications
3. Integration of policy makers is still a great constraint due to political instability and antagonism
4. Difficult to get into government's fund due to bureaucratic attitude
