The seagrass area around Libong Island is considered the largest seagrass area in Thailand. It has a total area of 18,556.56 rai and is in very good condition. There is a diversity of living things and is a source of habitat and finding. Eat the largest herd of dugongs in Thailand. 11 species of seagrass were found mixed together, including shadow grass. Clear shadow grass, small shadow grass. Dwarf shadow grass Turtle shadow grass, round-leaved shadow grass Grass is shaved, leaves are sawn. Sea chives grass, grass, chives needles Sea onion grass and sea grass To attend the global RCE conference. The 13th edition of the seminar presented information on seagrass and dugongs in Trang Province and challenged RCE Grater Gombak to pay attention to the issue of seagrass and dugongs in Trang Province.

Rationale: 
Focus on the issue of cooperation in the conservation of coastal and marine resource ecosystems. Creating model youth to educate the public Tourists create a sense of excitement and know the local area, starting from environmental conservation from the source within the urban community. Coastal communities Towards maintaining a sustainable ecosystem and jointly creating a tourist destination with pure and beautiful nature. Disseminate information to raise awareness of the importance and promote the ecotourism economy as an educational activity to learn about the ecosystem for sustainable development to promote the conservation of seagrasses, dugongs and abundant food sources of marine animals.
Objectives: 
1. To organize activities to study learning resources and coastal and marine ecosystems.
2. To strengthen the potential of youth in sustainable development.
3. To disseminate public relations to educate children. Youth, the public, tourists, and RCE networks at all levels in resource and environmental conservation and education for sustainable development.
Activities and/or practices employed: 
1. Organize publicity and publicity activities. Exhibition Education for Sustainable Development
2. Study the source of dugongs in Batu Puteh Mountain, seagrass source
3. Study and visit OTOP Innovation in Libong Island, plastic recycling.
4. Study the coral source of Ban Lang Khao
Size of academic audience: 
Youth (4th and 5th year students, Municipal School 2, Wat Kapang Surin) Teachers, related officials. Speaker, RCE Greater Gombak Network, Malaysia Libong Island Community, a total of 100 people.
Results: 
Youth have potential. In order to promote and support sustainable development, there is an increase in seagrass and dugong areas. The community attaches great importance to preserving the environment of Libong Island as a source of dugongs. Increase the number of tourists in visiting and promoting the economy of Trang province.
