5. Project description
Provide a short description of the project including strategies, regional challenges, aims and specific project activities.: 

From the RCE Bogota, we have been working with universities, educational institutions and NGOs upfront Environmental Forums open to the public, in the framework of the Decade of Education for Sustainable Development proposed by UNESCO. To date we have conducted 34 Environmental Forums.with the aim of helping to create environmental awareness in the city of Bogotá which is our capital.

The forums have had an average participation of 200 people per event, are open to students, researchers, teachers and the general public. There is no cost and each year are performed with the proposed theme for the Decade of ESD. For this year's theme is "Ethics and Values" and have 6 Forums scheduled on that topic.

For the realization of the Forums and Educational Conference, every University and Institution RCE member, coordinates of these activities and is responsible for the logistics of the event.

Our strategy is based on a permanent job, collaborative, interdisciplinary and team.

Description: 
Our project is part of the Decade of ESD next year ending 2014, but given the great success he has had, by the students, teachers and the general public, we hope to continue the project, seeking to build environmental awareness in the Bogotá.
