RCE Dobong-Gu is aiming to spread ESD for ecological literacy and glocal leadership, of which the 'Global ESD Youth Project Neuru' is being operated as a part of this.

Under the topic of 'The Truth of Hamburgers', about 50 students (elementary school, middle school, high school, and college) are working non-face-to-face once a month through Zoom. Currently, RCE Hangzhou, RCE Kitakyushu, RCE Dobong-Gu, Mason City in USA are participating. Participating students are sharing various stories about sustainable food using photo-voice research methods centered on hamburgers.

This open seminar is related to the 5th session of Project Neuru, and a lecture on 'food and sustainability' will be conducted by Dr. Abdesh Kumar Gangwar (RCE Srinagar, India) who is participating in Project Neuru. In addition, the 'Speak Up' time of students participating in Project Neuru will also be held.
