Trang is a city with a very good terrain and nature that is very costly. There are both mountains, plains for rice fields and rice cultivation in the South. It has its own native rice. Trang is a cultivation area, a production area, and full of abundant resources. Different ways of eating challenge a variety of wisdom in bringing raw materials. It is used as a challenge for various menus. Trang's food is also closely linked to the way of life. Trang people attach great importance to food. Some are considered to be a face and an expression of hospitality. Delicious food for tourists to choose from. Various tourists who have arrived in Trang Dishes that cannot be missed such as grilled pork in Trang, cakes, etc. Dumplings, Kaoyuk, noodles with a lonely face. There are also a variety of snacks, snacks, and other local foods.
Description of sustainable development challenge(s) in the area the project addresses: 
Trang's food also has many other charms and interesting aspects. The development of new foods has taken the things that are available in the way of life to challenge them to be more contemporary, while at the same time there is still the same wisdom and lifestyle that is still strong. The growth of the province's food is a big thing that helps attract tourists and create economic circulation of Trang significantly. Trang people must help each other to think and develop, and Trang still has many treasures to discover. Waiting for advice to tourists. And push to be famous like Grilled pork in Trang city, which must be found to be more diverse. In order for tourists to know Trang only one corner, the original promotion of the development of processes and raw materials to feed Trang as a healthy food for food development. Rationale: 
To promote the culture of Trang traditional food to be known to the world through exchange activities. Thailand with Korean Traditional Food with Tongyeong, South Korea
Objectives: 
1. To organize educational and learning activities.
2. To exchange learning, develop learning resources, expand the curriculum of educational institutions, strengthen children's skills and potential. Youth Inheritance
3. To disseminate public relations to educate children. Youth, the public, and the RCE network at all levels.
Activities and/or practices employed: 
1. Study and learning activities.
2. Practice the practice of challenging snacks in local traditions and food challenges according to the vocational curriculum.
3. Organize a challenge to collect information and disseminate information about Trang traditional food culture to children. Youth and RCE networks at all levels.
Size of academic audience: 
Trang restaurant operators and RCE network students are about 200 people.
Results: 
1. The good cooperation of the RCE Tongyeong Network in South Korea to study and research on Trang indigenous foods for sustainable development to obtain information on the unique food of Trang Province. Disseminate and publicize to foreign countries to know more.
2. Restaurant establishments in Trang Municipality and in Trang Province have the opportunity to welcome foreigners to promote the restaurant to be more well-known.
3. Students have learned a variety of things, practicing vocational skills, language skills, speech Presenting information from learning to organize it as a body of knowledge. Lessons learned: 
1.
