Rationale: 
Everybody and especially in agricultural field, don´t have free time or open space to innovate there activities towards the SDG´s or even the next UN Decade Restauration Ecosystems. Additionally citizens in rural area have a big gap, if we talk about esd and a participating and community building aspect.
Objectives: 
The goals of the particpants of the program are: SDG 11, 4, 15 The goals of the residenZ programm is SDG 4. The concepts gaims towards activating a community by bringing in new people who work openly on there projects towards UN Dekade restauration using the sdgs and local expertise combined with national and global knowledge.
Activities and/or practices employed: 
enabling three people for a pilot stewartship programm with educational moduls and time and money for 6 month.
They created a concept for local resource building, strategy and concept for cultivating old seed variaties and bringing together start ups and farmers, creating new educational esd offers out of the village (non formal)by talking and researching in town, additional further development the global field (www.2000m2.org)
Size of academic audience: 
100 - 200 in future 2000 p.a.
Results: 
Broshure for farmers how to cultivate and finance old varieaty seeds, a new building out of clay, stroh, wood, and new esd offers
Lessons learned: 
the programm had a enormes positiv feedback, we will continue and expand the mentorship programm, the educational online and hybrid formats and make it possible for other places to give people time for future
Key messages: 
ResidenZukunft gives Time for futre, a network, mentorship, practical UN Decade partners and a reallabor (village with coworking, coliving possibilites and host) - we want to enable ourselfs to live the change we need. Therefor we need resources given by money and kapacities by a community.
Relationship to other RCE activities: 
We worked with the RCE Munich and also with the RCE Service center to honore the participants for their courage.
Funding: 
the funding for this project was done by the Robert Bosch Stiftung. Now we are looking for a long time funding to also expand to other RCE´s.
